Morning ritual

Lemon

Freshly squeezed lemon juice in warm water is a perfect way to begin your day.  The process is quick and easy to do before you ingest anything further into your body when you wake up.  Lemons are high in vitamin C (good for your immune system) and can apparently help with weight loss, aid digestion and improve your skin complexion.  I use half a lemon each morning.  It makes me feel good and helps me to be more conscious of my food choices thereafter.  I also like to have a large glass of water after this to rehydrate after a night of sleep.
